Abstract :
The author constuct a model based on graph theory to research financial management system. The author only studies on systematic stability under the condition that one element changes. In future the author will research multi-elements impulse. This kind of condition will be more close to real system. Therefore, based on the result of these research work, some macroeconomic policies of financial management may be regulated to make the financial management run more stably.
