Addresses the continuous time robust strict positive realness (SPR) problem when the uncertain polynomial family is defined by an l p ball in coefficient space. Particular attention is devoted to the l2 case, i.e., the uncertain polynomial family is assumed to be an ellipsoid in coefficient space, and to the case of an interval polynomial family
