Abstract :
The quality of risk allocation deeply influences risk management operation in international construction projects. This paper expressed the importance of risk allocation, as well as the key issues in the process of risk allocation. Based on the process of risk allocation, the proposed decision modeling of risk allocation in international construction projects is established.
