Abstract
Based on GPS/GSM/Loading Sensor and internet technologies, the paper sets up an International Railway Wagon Localization Supervisory and dispatcher system. The scheme for users´ requirement analysis, definition of functional specification, system planning, technology interface design and system integration and implementation arises in this paper. The idea and method proposed in this paper will benefit the design and implementation of our country´s cross-border intelligent railway dispatcher management system in the future application.
