Abstract :
A new online survey system is proposed. The system composes of back-stag system and foreground system, which to survey several building parameter. In the foreground, pan and laser distance measuring instrument is combine to measure the storey edge. Several algorithms is introduced which measure the building´s height, width and length. The system according to actually situation propose K-mean cluster algorithm to distinguish storey with other obstacle.
