  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a new BiCMOS inverter. This circuit has a high speed, full swing with noncomplementary structure. The proposed circuit employs feedback scheme to increase a base current of bipolar transistor. It improves the propagation delay time. The results of circuits are shown using PSPICE program simulation based on 0.35 μm technology.
