Abstract :
By analyzing the characteristics of the activities in POL support, the paper proposes novel multi-attribute decision making method based on criteria inference. The thresholds are used to evaluate the inaccuracies in determining the attribute´s values by means of the pseudo criterion of ELECTRE III. The dominance attribute sets are constructed via estimating the outranking relationship between the schemes. For ranking the alternative schemes, the criterion inference is implemented using the out-ranking degree algorithm in Graph Theory. The study case shows that the proposed method could achieve multi-attribute decision making in POL support intelligently and effectively, because it has solved the problem in previous numerical models which depend on the exact numerical information gave by the decision-makers.
