Abstract
In a new disaster situation, only relying on the power of government agencies to do emergency management has been unable to meet the requirements of the community emergency management. In order to reduce disaster losses and improve the efficiency of emergency management, it needs to explore a new mode of disaster emergency management. This paper discussed about the cooperative willingness of multi-agent emergency water supply in Yunnan, and analyzed the logic of their respectively behavior. On this basis, this paper constructed the multi-agent cooperative mode of emergency water supply in Yunnan, and established the corresponding workflow model of multi-agent emergency water supply based on Petri Nets. By related verifying and analyzing, the results showed that the model is correct and reasonable, and this mode can achieve expecting goals.
