On this basis, this paper constructed the multi-agent cooperative mode of emergency water supply in Yunnan, and established the corresponding workflow model of multi-agent emergency water supply based on Petri Nets. By related verifying and analyzing, the results showed that the model is correct and reasonable, and this mode can achieve expecting goals.
