Abstract :
The development status of higher special education is introduced and the necessary of the study on the higher special e-learning based on grid is demonstrated. Then the construction and implementation scheme is presented for colleges to set up e-learning grid on higher special education. It is described from the system constitutes, access model, service database management and resources library design for higher special education grid.
