Abstract :
Coal and gas outburst accident is one of the most serious nature disasters restricting coal mine safety production. In the view of current conditions of its multiple influencing factors and unclear outburst mechanism, a method of emergency aid decision-making based on optimized CBR for coal and gas outburst accidents has proposed in this article, which can efficiently retrieve existing similar case so as to assist emergency commanding officers make decisions quickly and efficiently to minimize the loss of accidents. This article has put forward a kind of design process of emergency aid decision-making based on Cognition-Case Model for coal and gas outburst accidents, on which a two-level case-retrieve tactic on the basis of cluster analysis and a kind of case optimized retrieval algorithm based on global similarity are proposed. The result of instance validation shows that the method of emergency aid decision-making based on optimized CBR for coal and gas outburst accidents in this paper is reasonable and effective.
