Abstract
Research on Vegas slow start strategy and in the Ad-hoc network congestion and the critical value problems. On the basis of this puts forward a new algorithm to solve the two problems. Environment through NS2 algorithms comparison of simulation, prove its communication performance compared with other algorithms for further improvement, but also the fairness is also good.
