The crew comprehensive quality in emergency evaluation index system

The increasing of pirates action in high sea and uncertain dangerous factors affects the safe, economic and rapid navigation of vessel, even life at sea and property safety. Because we pay much more attention to safety and life at sea, crew comprehensive quality in emergency is very important. This paper establishes crew comprehensive quality in emergency, designing the first class index and the second class index to decide the index weight by expert questionnaires. By establishing mathematics model, using AHP, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, We get a conclusion that in emergency crew psychology, practice skill, body quality, theory knowledge and language communication ability are vital factors to overcome difficulty, and combat dangerous situations.
