Abstract

According to the effect analysis of reliability on life cycle cost (LCC), the model of reliability´s effect on equipment´s LCC is established. This model is used for LCC optimization and minimizes LCC, under the condition that reliability, maintainability and supportability are all available. With background of the LCC management theory based on reliability and maintainability theory, in combination with the studies on basic attributes of equipment and the cost management theory at home and abroad, we developed high practicability management decision system on equipment LCC scientific analysis. This study provides the scientific basis for scientific and effective LCC management.
