Abstract :
Inter-disciplinary innovative talents for information-based entrepreneurship are important human resources to boost the development of global informatization and information economy. Making an overall and systematic study of such talents is a new task in connection with human resources development which must be faced by people in the information age. This paper makes an innovative study on the essence and characteristics of inter-disciplinary innovative talents for information-based entrepreneurship. This study will undoubtedly improve the effect for development and cultivation of talents for information-based entrepreneurship.
