Abstract :
This paper describes the SOA-based system architecture and human-in-the-loop evaluation of the Tower Information Display System (TIDS). TIDS is a cornerstone of the Staffed NextGen Tower (SNT) concept, which is an important element in the Joint Planning and Development Officepsilas (JPDOpsilas) Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) Concept of Operations.
