Abstract :
Correspondence between the motion of probe charged particle in the field of electromagnetic radiation and the motion of electrons in the radiation source is found. It results in limits of probe particle energy increase determined by limits of electrons energy in the source. Some restrictions on field correlation function caused by the restrictions on electron motion in the source are obtained.
