Abstract
A method is evaluated for computing images of myocardial activation based on a well-posed formulation of the inverse problem of electrocardiography. The method may be interpreted as an adaptation of an existing method for solving an ill-posed formulation of the inverse problem that is based on Tikhonov regularization. It is shown that problems associated with conventional regularization techniques can be circumvented
