Abstract :
This paper proposes a sliding mode observer for voltage sensorless grid-connected converter. The grid angular position required to the synchronous frame transformations is obtained through the estimated line voltage derived from a sliding mode grid current observer combined with a positive sequence separator. Simulations and experimental results demonstrated the simplicity and good performance of the proposed voltage sensorless approach.
