Abstract :
The simulation and experimental study to the pumping properties of the piezoelectric pump for different viscidity liquid are conducted. The influence of the different liquid viscosity to the driving performance of the piezoelectric pump is analyzed, and the fluid field pressure loss formula of the piezoelectric pump is obtained. The numerical simulation was done to the inner fluid field of the single cavity-valve piezoelectric pump. The paper analyzes the influence of liquid viscosity to the inner pressure distribution and flow velocity of the pump. After relative experiments and analysis, the study found that the flux coefficient and pressure coefficient of the velocity pumping of piezoelectric pump for high viscidity liquid. The experiment results have important implication to the research and design velocity piezoelectric pump.
