Abstract :
This paper describes design method of a novel circularly polarized antenna backed by low profile circular SIW cavity. The proposed antenna provides high circularly polarized radiation performance. It can be seamlessly integrated with planar circuits and more conveniently fabricated by normal PCB with low cost.
