Abstract :
Theory of conductivity and other transport phenomena taking into account temperature relaxation has been built. Low density polaron gas interacting with equilibrium optical phonon system has been considered for simplicity. It was shown that in the presence of relaxation the local equilibrium assumption is not valid. It was noted that a comparison of the received results with standard theory needs a justification of chemical potential of the electron gas definition.
