Abstract :
FSP is short for Foundational Software Platform, which refers to the supporting foundation of application system. The quality evaluation model of FSP is the important basis of carrying out quality evaluation of FSP; in addition, ancillary support tools are also essential. However, there is lack of such tools at home and abroad to support quality evaluation model of FSP described in this paper. According to the fact, we carry out the related research work, design and implement the tool, which provides a method to evaluate the grade of a single FSP instance, as well as evaluates two or more FSP instances. It realizes the quality metric functions of FSP based on Bayesian algorithm. Finally, we give a practical application to show how to use this tool, and the result proved the validity of this tool.
