Abstract :
Computer simulations are critical for the rapid and accurate design of innovative photonic components and systems. This increasingly calls for the development of efficient ways of describing sub-wavelength features in numerical codes. In this paper we discuss and present techniques for embedding such features into the Transmission Line Modeling (TLM) Method.
