Abstract :
□ Thee strategies for tactically adjusting the TSS schedule to maximize the number of departures per arrival are identified. □ The benefit assessment was conducted on actual traffic data. □ A 10–60 % increases in departures and a reduction in unutilized departure capacity could be achieved.
