  • Abstract
█ IFR procedure designed to maintain near-VFR arrival rates on closely spaced parallel runways (CSPR). — Centerline separation <2500 to min 700 ft — Weather conditions to Category I █ Requires ADS-B out from Lead, ADS-B In on trail with PA application available █ After lead traffic is identified and selected, and approach speeds entered, trail arms PA application █ PA algorithm provides speed commands to maintain safe position — Protect from blunder/collision in front — Protect from wake encounter behind — Controllers deliver both aircraft to final with trail 1–2 miles behind lead, altitude separation applied
