• FAA has already implemented SWIM in NAS • FAA has defined AAtS with: concept, approach, business model, architecture & supporting regulatory & guidance material • FAA has reached out to industry and mapped AAtS solution to existing & emerging aviation technologies & architectures • AAtS enabled bi-directional CDM between controllerdispatcher & pilot • Bi-directional CDM via AAtS offers increased airspace efficiency & safety • FAA & industry are actively working together to remove AAtS implementation roadblocks & challenges
