  • Abstract
For the investigation of the transient and steady-state responses that exist in one testing session after simultaneous transient and steady-state hemifield stimulation, the Prony method is used. This method tries to fit an exponential model to each of the two responses. The simulations as well as the experimental results confirm the capability of the method to identify satisfactorily the two responses of interest, implying the usefulness of the method as a practical clinical tool
