Abstract :
Paper examines the problem of scattering the short electromagnetic pulse on the impedance half-plane. Half-plane is located on the boundary two dielectric half-spaces. Are obtained and analyzed the integral equations of the problem. The influence of the parameters of structure on the angular distributions of scattering field is examined.
