Abstract :
Three-dimensional problem of the light plane wave diffraction on the consisting of point dipoles structure inside or near planar waveguide or polariton active plane surface with the resonant surface waves excitement is treated. A. Sommerfeld´s treatment about irradiation field of an oscillating point dipole near a plane interface is borrowed as an initial point to study a scattering into a surface wave.
