Abstract
The use of computer-aided circuit analysis on the circuit board level is discussed, with emphasis on devising test procedures for automatic test equipment (ATE). The computer-aided workstations used in designing digital ICs often run circuit simulation programs as part of the software. Whether and how this tool can be adapted for use at the working level in the US Air Force is examined
