• For both methods, reports from the field indicate need for tightly prescribed rules that are well-designed and trained — These rules exist (FAA requirements) • In a simulation of shared airspace operations, compared to point-outs, well-designed and trained P-ACPs were judged as • More efficient • More timely • Low workload • Safer • Having fewer problems overall
