  • Abstract
Based on a multiplier cell, a low-voltage class-AB linear OTA is proposed. The proposed transconductor exhibits a wide transconductance range with 90 MHz bandwidth and low distortion. The transconductor operates at a 2 V supply voltage with only 340 μW of quiescent power consumption. A gm-C biquad filter section has been, built with 10.7 MHz nominal frequency and Q=40. The filter has been laid out using a 0.8 μm CMOS technology.
