Abstract :
In this paper, the fix-tuned 220GHz and 425GHz TMIC membrane sub-harmonic mixers are presented. Simulated results for the 220 GHz mixer yielded DSB conversion loss and NF of 6.7dB and 2.9dB at room temperature, respectively. The optimized conversion loss of the 425GHz mixer is less than 7dB.
