Abstract :
Pattern recognition methods are applied to track a single coronary in its movement. The efficiency of several deformable models is tested in order to accurately locate the same vessel branch all over the digital subtraction angiography (DSA) imaging sequence by the use of a single projection view. Hereby, functional information, such as flow measurements, very helpful to coronary lesion diagnosis, could be provided
