  • Abstract
In this work, the basic model of residential building clusers in South China is established, and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method is used to simulate its outdoor wind environment. The relationship of some urban planning and design factors such as building layout, building coverage ratio, floor area ratio and first floor overhead ratio with pedestrian wind environment are analyzed.
