  • Abstract
    Fabrication of klystrons at THz frequencies is very difficult due to the small cavity dimensions. Cavities operating at higher order mode have larger dimensions but typically a too low Q and R/Q. A new topology of klystron suitable for THz frequencies is proposed to effectively use high order mode cavities.
