Abstract :
A wideband synthesizer is presented in this paper. The synthesizer is driven by DDS for fine frequency resolution. With multiplier module, the frequency band can be extended from 16GHz to 32GHz. The phase noise of 32 GHz is -93dBc/Hz (10kHz offset). The synthesizer is suitable for antenna measurement system.
