Abstract :
This paper presents a simple 4-D chaotic oscillator using linear and hysteresis 2-port VCCSs. The oscillator has double-screw attractors, quad-screw attractors, and coexistence states of them. The circuit dynamics is described by a Jordan form equation that is convenient to derive parameters conditions for existence of the attractors. Using a simple test circuits, typical phenomena can be verified in the laboratory
