Abstract
In this paper, a multistress aging system was established and the accelerated aging experiment based on the stator bar of 780 kW/6 kV large motor had been conducted in the laboratory. The experiment results show that tanδE (the dielectric dissipation factor at the line-ground voltage), Pi2 (the second AC current rapid increase voltage) and Nq (the increase rate of maximum PD quantity) can be used as characteristic parameters to evaluate the aging condition of stator winding insulation.
