Abstract :
Imaging biological tissue usually needs very sensitive instruments that allow high contrast while keeping the dose deposition to a minimum. With the advent of third generation synchrotron radiation sources new, phase contrast-based imaging techniques have become available. In this work, we present two recently developed phase imaging methods: the first is based on a full 3D approach and is suitable for small specimens and fast investigations; the second is based on an interferometric approach and is scalable up to very large field of views
