  • Abstract
    The RA Resonator technique is a highly accurate methodology for measurement of uniaxial anisotropic dielectric constants in planar substrates. This work is a discussion of measurement accuracy and a comprehensive quantitative error analysis of the technique. As detailed error analysis is a long and repetitive task, a software package is developed which substantially automates the process.
