Regional industrial energy efficiency research under the low-carbon economy target

In current, we must improve the energy efficiency and optimize the structure of energy in order to realize the “low-carbon economy”. The paper uses LINDO software and DEA method, studies the efficiency problems among the industrial energy, environment input and economy output in each province in china. The result shows that industrial efficiency need to be improved in many provinces except Shanghai and Guangdong which are in high efficient. From the view of regional distribution, the industrial efficiency of eastern provinces is higher than central and western provinces´, which was caused by the difference of technical progress and industrial structure.
