Abstract :
China is an earthquake-prone country, and it is also one of the most serious earthquake disaster countries in the world. Establishment and improvement of earthquake disaster mitigation systems, integrating existing earthquake information and avoiding islands of information, has great significance to reduce the adverse impact on the country and the people. A more complete architecture of the earthquake disaster mitigation system based on computer and system engineering is put forward in this paper, considering the data flow in the work of earthquake disaster reduction. The architecture includes four levels: data collection level, data processing level, data application level and data presentation level. At the same time this paper describes the system design principles, organizational framework, functions. Finally the paper summarizes some problems which need pay more attention and focus on in the system building process.
