Abstract :
We consider some features of CW operation of compact microwave vacuum electron devices of the clinotron type devoting attention to their advantageous characteristics most strongly pronounced in the short-wave part of the millimeter waveband and experimentally confirmed by the operation parameters of the in-house designed devices.
