Foreword from Head of Department of Electrical Enginering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya Indonesia

As the Department Chair of Electrical Engineering Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya (ITS), I would like towelcome all the participants in the International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Application 2015 (ISITIA). Moreover, I would like to welcome all the keynote speakers from Japan and Indonesia. This is the 16th year of SITIA, and this is the first year for SITIA to be an International Seminar. I also would like to express my pleasant appreciation to the organizer and committee for their big efforts on preparing this seminar. As the result, this seminar has been broaden to be an International seminar. In addition, this seminar has obtained a great collaboration with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Indonesian section, thus the accepted papers will have a chance to be published on database and website of IEEE Indonesian section. I would like to give big credits and gratitude for this great achievements to the committee, ISITIA general chairman and all staffs in charge. I do hope this good collaboration will be continued for the next years. For the last, I do expect this conference will give essential contributions to the development on the aspects of researches, academics, and industries in national or international. I hope you all enjoy during your stay in Surabaya and have great time, Thank you.
