Abstract :
In recent years, the emergency information management in cities has been one of the hot issues of study in the field of public emergency management. Based on the social network analysis, this article makes a study of the incident of the water pollution in Xin´anjiang River, an city emergency in china in 2011. Setting up diagraphs of topology with the help of Ucinet software, the author calculates the density of network and the average distance in the whole network structure and also calculates point centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, etc. in the analysis of centrality. The author tries to seek effective ways of management on emergency information by using the analysis of this typical case as a breakthrough in study, in hopes of achieving the effective information management and control by multiple main bodies in the social network under complex circumstances and providing support for the government to make decisions in dealing with emergencies.
