Abstract :
Real estate is a typical industry with high risk, and the real estate project development has the attribution of huge investment, long construction period and is vulnerable to the environmental interference. It is critical to achieve risk identify and strengthen risk management for real estate projects. The paper will apply the method of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from scope management of project management to make factor analysis on the real estate projects´ entire course for quality management. We will breakdown the entire real estate projects´ course into separate phases. They are the start-up phase, design and planning phase, implementation phase and final phase. Then we will identify the primary types and reasons of risks existed and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve risk management control for the real estate projects´ entire course.
