Abstract :
Since reform and opening up, in China, economy is developed rapidly, while economic system is increasingly build up sophisticated. But as nowadays we are promoting green and efficiency, part of the manufacturing enterprises in China are still in need of improvement. The operation of green supply chain is limited by many factors, faced a lot of uncertainty, so the manufacturing industry is facing a risk of fracture in green supply chain operation. This article is based on grey theory established a manufacturing risk evaluation model of green supply chain, and through the example analysis on supply chain to judge the risk of the individual members, sought to explore the development of green supply key links that are at risk, so as to provide reference on how to avoid risk appearing, improving the stability of running of the supply chain.
