Abstract
In this paper, TSC measurement has been employed to study space charge formation in polymer composite materials that are placed under a needle-plane electrode system. For two kinds of composite materials are Al2O3 and MgO. Paying attention to the difference in their crystal structure, we measured the space charge formed in these materials.
