Abstract :
Because of the space of centralization, can improve the division of labor, cooperation and industry competition ability within the region; reduce the cost between the company transactions. Industrial cluster has unparalleled advantages. The forestry industry cluster is the inevitable trend of forest industrial development. Muling of Heilongjiang province actively explores the development of forestry industry cluster. This paper use SWOT analysis method to analyze strengths, weaknesses, challenges and threats of developing forestry industry cluster in Muling, and build a modern forestry industry cluster development model of Muling, at last this paper put forward the following suggestions: increase the degree of government´s guidance and support, enhance the function of forestry science research institutions, set up the complementary of enterprises and industry circulation mechanisms.
